Return Policy

What is your returns & exchanges policy?


If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order to us for a full refund.  The buyer will need to purchase their own shipping label.  Our return policy is effective for up to 30 days of original purchase.


We want you to have the best experience when shopping online with us, so if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] for instructions and where to send it to.  


Exchanges


Our inventory levels tend to change pretty rapidly. The way to “exchange” an item for another item is to place a new order for the item desired, and return your current item back to us:

• Step #2 - Follow the steps above to place a return.

Returned items must be unworn / unwashed, undamaged, in a re-sellable condition and in any applicable original packaging (not having original poly bags is ok).


Once we receive your return, it can take up to 5 - 15 days for us to inspect, process and refund your purchase. After the return has been approved, credit card refunds usually take 1 - 2 business days to be processed by your bank.
